In this wonderful and fresh spring, Oceanwide Foundation Website, underthe guidance of the United Front Work Department of CPC Central Committee andMinistry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, is formallylaunched and operated today after a long-term design, adjustment, enrichmentand improvement. It is the essence of Chinese dream as well as the driving forceof self-motivation of Chinese nation to realize national prosperity, nationalrevival, people’s happiness and social harmony. Chinese Dream as a belief and agoal is full of expectation but also requires solid work. Chinese Dream must berealized by gathering Chinese Power, which is for good, for love, forparticipation and for action.

Nature of public benefit is derived fromthat of Chinese Dream, and power of public benefit is an important part ofChinese Power. As the core and epitome of public good, public spirit is the patriotismof participation as required by the country and countrymen, is the spiritfavorable to people for benefiting from and contributing to the society, and isthe prevalence of reallocating social resources and realizing a well-offsociety; furthermore, public spirit, as the embodiment of love, kindness and consciousnessand as the specific action of enterprises and social organizations to fulfillsocial responsibilities, plays an important role in the realization of ChineseDream.

　　China Oceanwide Holdings Group is a private enterprise developedand expanded with reform and opening-up in China. The public good we have been engaged in has received numerous honorsand praises from the government and society. This is high evaluation andappreciation for our fulfilling social responsibility and doing public goodover the years, and also encouragement and stimulation in the future.
