Oceanwide Sail--Chongqing University Students EntrepreneurialAction is a charity project jointly developed by the Oceanwide Foundation andthe West China Talent Development Foundation and the Chongqing Human Resourcesand Social Security Bureau. The project launched in Kunming in July 2011, hasbeen held three times, funded 12,000,000 yuan by the Oceanwide Public WelfareFund. Chongqing introduced a series of supporting policies and providedmatching funds. The project has achieved remarkable results through closecollaboration of relevant parties with a series of activities, such as donationceremony, project evaluation, expert panel guidance, and in-depth training.Three time actions support a total of 281 college students entrepreneurshipprojects, more than 3000 college students employment.

　　Also the projectpromotes the main body of Chongqing entrepreneurial action to expand to migrantworkers, urban unemployed, demobilized military personnel and other groups. Andalso named the Chongqing entrepreneurship competition that all above peopleparticipated as “Oceanwide Sail Cup” to drive the social entrepreneurship andemployment in Chongqing. In March 2012, the Chongqing Human Resources andSocial Security Bureau took the project as a new initiative to supportentrepreneurship in Chongqing and held a typical exchange as experience in thenational employment work forum. In June 2012, "rich sheep natural hillsidesheep farming cooperatives" and "palm sunshine shower room" twoproject entrepreneurial person in charge was awarded as "nationalemployment entrepreneurial outstanding individual", commended by the StateCouncil. Project has received extensive media attention, for which the XinhuaNews Agency, People's Daily, Guangming Daily, Public Times, Chongqing TV andother media made a detailed report. And The project is becoming a well-knownpublic welfare brand of National University Students Entrepreneurship. OnJanuary 16 this year, the State Council leaders made important instructions onthe project and give a high evaluation.
