　　The opening ceremony for 5 centers, including Global M & A Research Center of the National Financial Research Institute of Tsinghua University was held afterwards.

　　Global M & A Research Center of the National Financial Research Institute ofTsinghua University was established by China Oceanwide Holding Group Co., Ltd.,Beijing Wudaokou Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. and Kun Wu Jiu DingInvestment Management Co., Ltd donating 30 million Yuan to Tsinghua UniversityWudaokou Financial College. It is targeted in the global M & A researchexchange and cooperation platform, and strives to make the research center tobecome a world-class, the world's leading global M & A restructuring of researchinstitutions. The center as the first-class think tank of national high-levelfinancial and M & A direction, will provide a full range of intellectualresources, government resources, customer resources and human resources supportfor the realization of Going Out ofthe Chinese enterprises and the implementation of “One Belt, One Road” strategy.The center will also introduce accomplished finance professors at home andabroad through the establishment of the "Oceanwide Finance ProfessorChair", and also set up the "Oceanwide Award Scholarship" forMaster's and Doctoral Candidates.
